A small community based business that has a real heart for delivering excellent customer service, with a diverse culinary selection of food,pastries and great coffee in a relaxing location with plenty of free parking. One of my local favourites in North Lakes for brekky, lunch or just a quick coffee catch-up with friends and family.

The service is very professional, the staff know customer’s names & it feels like home, very relaxed atmosphere. OMG the strawberry milkshakes are to die for, Alistaire is an amazing cook, sausage rolls, pies & the shortbread ( you’ll drool just looking at them) great place for a catch up.

Best cafe, best owner, best coffee, and served extra hot as requested, and by happy, friendly staff. Love that pensioners and people with smaller budgets and smaller appetites can order half serves and that there is also a kids menu! Dog friendly too is an added bonus. The food is always cooked to perfection. Always room for our regular meetup group breakfasts and food always served promptly even when we are a group of ten or more! Love seeing the Australian First Nation’s art on display and for sale, on the cafe walls too. Xander’s very obliging, hard working, dedicated manager and chef Alistair and his lovely, friendly, also hard working staff, are also capable experts in catering for special events too, like birthday and Christmas parties and private and public art exhibitions.

Cannot recommend this restaurant enough! They are a hard working team who serve customers with a happy smile all day long! Love the hot chocolate and marshmallows. The food is fabulous and generous portions. Great venue where dogs are welcome.

Xander’s Cafe has been my favourite place to eat out since its inception. Xander’s Cafe’s richly brewed coffee, Xander’s Cafe’s creative chef’s meals, Xander’s Cafe’s delicious decadent sweets. Love, love, love, Xander’s Cafe!
