And that’s a wrap!
We finished our cafe tour with @breakfastshirtss today in Hervey Bay. We started with a quick croissant @thebakersroomhb, which was recommended by our waitress at dinner last night. Their pastries were stunning 🤩 Then popped by the coolest spot, @operation_undergroundcoffee, where we got to chat with owner Matt and local videographer @therealzacshaw. Honestly, you’ve got to visit if you’re ever in Hervey Bay—such cool vibes and defs a local fav.
Next, we trekked up to Bundaberg and stopped by a macadamia farm. Naturally, we had a smorgasbord of macadamia meals —macadamia banana bread, macadamia hollandaise on eggs benny, and macadamia chai muesli. Naturally Mark sat within the trees and cracked open macadamias, which provided a bit of entertainment for everyone at @theorchardtable…but sooo fun!
Café registration is open! The first cafés to register will get point-of-sale kits, and voting opens November 4th.
