Amazing service! The owner knows your order and sees you walk in, and he’s giving you your coffee as you’re paying for it. The staff are friendly and very respectful. The coffee tastes great and the variety of food is fantastic.

not only is the atmosphere of this cafe so warm and welcoming it is clear from the time you walk in how invested all the staff members are not only to the cafe but it’s story and customers experience. this is one of the best cafes i’ve been to in a long time and one i cannot wait to go back to continually.

The Brown Jug is my favourite cafe in Gympie.
The atmosphere is warm and cosy.
The food is excellent and the customer service.
Prices are reasonable and the menu is homemade real food but cooked to perfection every time by the chef. The cafe is always full of customers all the time which shows the popularity of the cafe over the long term.
